Girls Make Beats teamed up with the Plot Family dance crew in Nairobi, Kenya and created the first Girls Make Beats camp in Africa, held at Super Sonic Africa studios.

The Girls Make Beats Kenya camp was facilitated by GMB Atlanta Team members Maria and Haki. The camp consisted of a full day of music creation, DJing workshops and of course, dance! Studio sessions were engineered by Ms. Muna while DJ Bunney instructed the Kenyan superstars on the fundamentals of DJing.
As GMB continues on their mission to empower girls in music worldwide, the Girls Make Beats: Kenya camp will be forever cherished. Africa to the world!
