During the first-ever virtual ESSENCE Festival, our Girls Make Beats DJs took stage at the Ford Main Stage at essencestudios.com. DJ Royal Blu, DJ JoJo, Mak10, and MK the Bo$$ (ages 9-15) supplied a diverse array of musical vibes from today's Hip Hop, Latin, Afro Beats, to classic Throw Backs and were described by ESSENCE.COM as "laying down fierce and empowering DJ sets!"
